A Year-End Exhale
Letting go of 2025
As we turn the page into December, my calendar is filled with holiday gatherings — moments of connection with colleagues, family, and friends that I’m grateful for. And alongside that gratitude, I notice a longing to hibernate, slow down, and take a moment to simply exhale.
2025 has not been an easy year. There’s some hard lessons I’ve had to learn and some of my good friends and family members who have been through some really tough stuff. While it hasn’t been rainbows and butterflies, I also know this year has made me stronger, has given me some new perspectives, and has encouraged me appreciate my humanity.
Amid all the hustle and bustle of December, I invite you to pause with me. To take a long, steady breath — or many — and acknowledge all that you’ve carried through the year, including the challenges you navigated, the pain you’ve moved through, and the small and large joys that uplifted you.
Give yourself permission to exhale all of it — the grief and the growth, the pain and the beauty, the exhaustion and the gratitude. Loosen your grip on what no longer needs to move forward and make space for rest, renewal, and hope.

Intuitive Yoga on Sunday, December 7th
I invite you to join my upcoming Intuitive Yoga class on Sunday, December 7th at 10am Pacific/1pm Eastern on Zoom. This class invites you to unwind the body and clear the energy of the past year. Through breath-led movement and gentle stillness, we’ll practice letting go and releasing 2025.

I’m Veronica and I created Finding Ease as a way to share thoughts, tools, and resources for connecting authentically to your mind, body, and spirit. I’m a librarian, yoga teacher, and healer. I approach the world of yoga and spirituality with joy, along with an interest in examining the ways in which systems of power affect our access and ability to find ease.
